Design Process
STEP 1 | INITIAL CONSULTATION
Our initial consultation is all about communication. We come to your home and identify what you want, what you need, factors of your site, and determine a proposed budget. By listening carefully to you, observing the architectural style of the residence and elements of the site, we provide a design which compliments and reflects your individual tastes and preferences.
STEP 2 | DESIGN
We return to the office to utilize design principles of scale, balance, rhythm, layers, color, texture, and contrast to orchestrate a project that properly integrates and harmonizes with it’s surroundings. Combining innovative and functional custom design solutions with artisan construction and superb horticultural consideration and maintenance we plan for your ideal outdoor solution. (Necessary drainage and irrigation factors are also carefully considered). Fees for design services vary with the scope of each project.
STEP 3 | DESIGN PRESENTATION
Upon our next visit we present you with our initial design and discuss any changes or additions. This is an ideal time to discuss changes, additions and substitutions. Upon acceptance of final design we will develop and itemized estimate for the entire project including drainage and irrigation.
STEP 4 | SCHEDULING YOUR PROJECT
Your designer will handle all aspects of scheduling, material procurement, and on-site supervision of your installation. Once plans are finalized, construction begins. In the end, your vision becomes reality.
